Breakfast Is So Important To Kick Start Your Metabolism

Breakfast is so important to kick start your metabolism and to give your body right nutrients it NEEDS as soon as you wake up or after your morning cardio!

Eggs are perfect to have first thing in the morning – very high in protein, they contain good fats, minerals & vitamins.

I always have clean carbs & lean protein and then I’m ready to take on MY DAY
