SO important – it relieves severe tension in the muscle & the connective tissue. It is pretty intense but a MUST if your training heavy!
A lot of girls message me that they train hard and are sore…and if they should keep training even if they have a mild injury? It is important to give your body a rest – especially if you feel tight & you feel tension in your muscles – deep tissue massage is a MUST! You need to release that tension, relax & then go hard again
