It’s not always easy to motivate yourself so I love helpings clients stay on track and I love how each week they are trying to impress me with their results!
Few tips to stay determined:
1. Treat your workout like your actual work. Go to the gym 5 days a week & don’t give yourself options. Commitment is the key.
2. Have a fun, fast and effective workout planned! Go to the gym with 10-12 exercises in mind that you have to get though that day and finish each one. No excuses! Think smart!
3. Make sure you eat healthy food all day and a good meal before training that will give you energy & results!
