Lemons

LEMONS are rich in essential vitamins – VIT C, B6, high in fibre, antioxidants, calcium, iron, copper, magnesium & potassium!!

Lemons are also high in citric acid which is a natural preservative & it aids digestion.

I usually put a little bit of lemon on my steak, chicken, fish & salads
