Morning Nutrition

Morning Nutrition: besides post workout, breakfast is really the only other time your body REALLY craves fuel!!

In the morning, we need good fuel to snap our body from catabolic state into muscle building state!!

Start the day right by feeding your muscles and giving your body the right nutrients to power you through your day and through your workout!!

My favourite breakfast options are chocolate protein oats or egg white omelettes!!
