Nutrition is paramount if you want a hot body! At least in my books! There is absolutely no excuse for “grabbing a lunch out” today as you forgot to cook, or over-eating as it’s “just one of those days”!
Always have control of your day, schedule shopping, cooking and meal prep when it suits you best and just get yourself organized for the week!
Consuming alcohol and processed foods will not get you results, it will not make you look good or lean or sexy, but will affect how your body responds in terms of bloating and feeling uncomfortable, as well as developing mood swings and sugar crash!
Always choose good foods to keep your body healthy, have a game plan and stick to it.
