Nutritious Breakfast!

Hope everyone has a super nutritious breakfast!

Breakfast is so important to kick start your metabolism and to give your body right nutrients it NEEDS as soon as you wake up or after your morning cardio!

I always have clean carbs & lean protein and then I’m ready to take on MY DAY
