Staying Happy, Healthy & Fit This Summer

Just a few tips for staying happy, healthy & fit this summer

• Make sure you are drinking at least 4L of water on these hot summer days – it will help you maintain proper muscle tone by hydrating muscle cells

• Try cardio based weight training – it will boost your metabolism & burn fat

• Cook healthy meals for the entire day & always be prepared!

• Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night – it will aid muscle growth & speed up muscle recovery!

Most importantly – Don’t forget to SMILE
