Rylee has been doing personal training with me weekly for a whole year!! As a mum of a 6 year old girl & 10 year old boy, she is doing fantastic! She is following my Diet plan and went from eating just plain chicken & veggies to having so much variety and added carbs and fats with most meals! She is now more toned, has more energy and ready to push her body further!! Her booty is now bigger, waist smaller and arms look incredible!!
