There is a difference between a strict diet & eating healthy!

It depends on:

a) Your mindset

b) Understanding nutrition

Once you have a healthy eating plan consuming nutrient rich foods & you understand you are giving your body just what it needs every 3 hours, you will not only speed up your metabolism but leave your body looking super fit
