YUM – fish, avocado & salad!

Essential fatty acids are extremely important in a diet and I always make sure I have lots of good fats every day!

As well as taking Omega 3 fish oil – try having salmon, avocado, flax seeds, almonds just to name a few

They will not only make you feel better but improve your daily energy levels too!!
